Connie began her career at Savills and Hong Kong Homes, where she was named Salesperson of the Year in 2014. Since then, she has remained a top performer in Hong Kong’s high-end residential sector for over 18 years. Born and raised in Hong Kong, she is trilingual in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

Her landmark sales include a HKD 192 million closing at MONT VERRA and HKD 33 million at DEEP WATER PAVILIA in 2025, both for Kerry Properties and New World Development. In 2019, she was appointed Sole Agent by Road King Infrastructure for La Maison De La Salle Project.

On the leasing side, she holds long-standing relationships with major landlords including Eton Properties, The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Kerry Properties, Nan Fung Group and SINO Group etc. In 2017, she secured tenancies for Alibaba & Alipay Hong Kong at Black’s Link (HKD 380K/month) and Branksome Grande (HKD 220K/month).

Before real estate, Connie gained experience in legal practice, hotel sales (JW Marriott), and international corporate event management for clients including IBM, BAT and Oracle. Since 1998, she has built extensive market knowledge across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.

Known for integrity and discretion, she has served as exclusive agent on numerous prestigious properties. Now Senior Director at Christie’s International Real Estate Hong Kong, she continues to set the benchmark for luxury real estate excellence.
